 A Step Up for Simon
 Simon Mee Simon Mee, a solicitor with Charles Lucas & Marshall, has become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
It seems social services did not agree with Betty's daughter that it was in Betty's best interests to be cared by her daughter in a specially converted room, in her daughter's home.
STEP members advise clients on wealth management and tax planning and include many of the world's most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
Simon Mee becomes a full member following submission of his two final theses.
Charles Lucas & Marshall now has four solicitors in its wills and estate planning team who are members of STEP - Richard Mead, Ceri Davies, Marie Verney and Simon Mee.
