NEW HEAD OF EMPLOYMENT TEAM

Andrew Egan, has joined solicitors, Charles Lucas & Marshall to head up its employment team.
He joins from a local Berkshire firm where he has specialised in employment law for the last six years.
Andrew will be initially based at Charles Lucas & Marshall’s Swindon office but will work across the firm’s other offices in Newbury, Hungerford and Wantage.
“Previously I have advised both employers and employees involved in employment disputes, “ says Andrew. “The move to Charles Lucas & Marshall will enable me to continue acting for both groups and should provide good opportunities to work more closely with employers as well as senior managers and HR advisers in risk management policies and procedures.
“I am looking forward to the new challenge and particularly, getting to know and serve the Swindon area in response to the growing market demand for employment services.”
Stewart McMinn, head of Charles Lucas & Marshall’s corporate services team says Andrew’s experience and local knowledge were critical factors in his appointment.
“Andrew will bring a great range of knowledge and skills to our clients and he has the ambition and determination to expand our employment practice across West Berkshire and Wiltshire,” he says.
