| Swindon Lawyers Complete Sale Of Industrial Estate | |
 Hugh Ellins Bach Homes (Swindon) instructed solicitors, Charles Lucas & Marshall in the acquisition and back to back sale to Barratt Homes of the Hamp Industrial Estate in Bridgewater, Somerset.
The estate has planning permission for 128 dwellings at a consideration of £2.3 million. The transaction completed in January 2007.
