New corporate lawyer at Charles Lucas & Marshall

Philip McCabe
Philip McCabe has joined the corporate services team at solicitors, Charles Lucas & Marshall.
A specialist in employment law and commercial litigation, he will be based at the firm’s Swindon office where he will work closely with the firm’s head of litigation, Michael Berrett and employment lawyer, Andrew Egan.
He has undertaken a wide variety of employment work including discrimination claims, redundancies, issues upon transfer of businesses, enforcing 'non compete' type clauses, long term sickness issues, contractual claims and unfair dismissal claims.
He is also experienced in all forms of commercial litigation, including property litigation.
Philip is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. A former university teacher, he decided to switch to a legal career and qualified in 2005. He joins Charles Lucas & Marshall from Bournemouth based firm, Frettens.
“It is a fantastic time to join Charles Lucas and Marshall,” he says. “They are the emerging firm in the area and I am looking forward to building upon the employment and commercial litigation work they already undertake.”
