Lyn Ellins is a highly experienced paralegal in Charles Lucas & Marshall’s family team, specialising in high net-worth clients, complex financial cases and pre-nuptial and separation agreements.

She is a member of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association.

Lyn joined Charles Lucas & Marshall in 1988 but left the firm in 2002 to study for an English degree at Reading University. After graduating with a first, she has returned to Charles Lucas & Marshall to continue her legal work.
