About Michael Berrett
Michael qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined CLM shortly afterwards. He was made partner in 1992 and is Head of the Litigation team.
He sits regularly as a Deputy District Judge on the Midland Circuit. He is also a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel. Michael has for years been associated with Headway (the brain injury association) personal injuries solicitors’ list.
He is currently the chair of the Headway Oxford’s management committee, responsible for running a day centre and outreach services for brain injured people and their families in the area.
