About: Michael qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined CLM shortly afterwards. He was made partner in 1992 and is Head of the Litigation team. He sits regularly as a Deputy District Judge on the Midland Circuit. He is also a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel; the AVMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) referral panel and the Headway (the brain injury association) personal injuries solicitors list.
