 Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 2000, and joined Charles, Lucas & Marshall's Wills and Estate Planning Team in December 2007 from Bells Solicitors in Farnham. Simon is involved in all aspects of Wills and Estate Planning, including:
the administration of Estates on death - Intestacy & Probate, Estate & Inheritance Tax planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Contentious Probate, Will disputes and Inheritance Act Claims.
Simon is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
