 Sarah Roberts is a solicitor with the Wills and Estate Planning Team. She joined Charles Lucas & Marshall having previously worked for major law firms Ward Hadaway and Lester Aldridge; and also as Probate Manager for The Inheritance Planning Company. Sarah advises clients on all aspects of Wills and Estate Planning, including inheritance tax planning, care fees planning, asset protection, trusts, administration of estates (probate and intestacy) and deeds of variation. She also deals with elderly client affairs, powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Sarah is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
