Paul Trincas is Head of the Corporate Services Team at Charles Lucas & Marshall. He has been with the firm for 29 years and a partner for 20 years. A specialist in commercial litigation, he is a leading expert on motoring law, commercial and contractual disputes and dispute resolution.
Paul is also closely involved in community affairs and is a former Chairman of Thatcham Round Table.
He is also a qualified UK Athletics Official and Coach, and is a specialist hurdles coach and Committee Member at Newbury Athletics Club.
