 Kelly Carson is a member of Charles Lucas and Marshall's Residential Property and Equine Law Teams.
Kelly's family is rooted in the horse racing industry and has been training race horses for several generations.
Additionally, her family has run a racehorse transport business for the last 20 years and Kelly herself has strong connections with the local racing community and competes with her own horse.
She joined Charles Lucas & Marshall eight years ago, now specialising in residential property work.
Keen to combine her legal experience with her passion for horses, she has been instrumental in setting up the firm's portfolio of services in equine law.
