 Hugh specialises in development and property investment. He acts for several developers within the region and also for land owners in disposing of land to developers by option or conditional contract.
His development work involves him in
His particular interest in investment property is considering the best way of maximising the return on the original investment. He firmly believes that this can be best achieved by solicitors, surveyors and accountants acting together on behalf of a client.
Although the majority of his work is in relation to development and property investment, his work for the WRVS in relation to their occupation of retail units in hospitals has given him experience in a variety of leasing arrangements within the retail market.
Hugh also sits on the Bank of England's Swindon Panel.
