 Tom Walker is an associate in the Corporate Services Team at Charles Lucas Marshall working with businesses both small and large. He has gained expertise in advising clients in a variety of commercial sectors including:
Tom specialises in company and asset sales and purchases, partnership law, corporate finance work and commercial contracts. He has considerable local knowledge having grown up in Newbury and enjoys assisting businesses in the region achieve their commercial goals.
Tom's interests outside work include cooking, playing drums in a band, foreign travel and competing in the firm's sports teams.
