 Julie is part of the commercial property team in Swindon.
Julie rejoined the firm in 2006 after a career break to go travelling. Previously Julie had worked for Charles Lucas & Marshall at the firm's Wantage office, specialising in residential property work. In her new role in Swindon Julie will be focusing on business sales and land development work, particularly looking to strengthen the firm's expertise in site acquisition and plot sales. Julie is highly experienced in working with developers.
Julie qualified after re-training in the law via a number of distance learning courses. Julie graduated from the highly acclaimed Distance Learning Legal Practice Course, run by the University of the West of England in Bristol and completed her training course in Newbury.
Julie joins an already strong commercial property team across the four offices of Charles Lucas & Marshall.
