 Hemant has a great deal of experience in all types of commercial property transactions.
He is deeply involved in landlord and tenant matters including the drafting of commercial leases, under leases, options and planning agreements. He has conducted a wide variety of sales and acquisitions ranging from the retail sector to large pub chains.
He also covers banking documentation advice and security work. The complexity of work involved in this sector means close communication with other members of the commercial property team, including Malcolm Poynter and Paul Wilkinson
Hemant is closely involved in business and community affairs in Newbury, being an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and a local school governor.
