 Claire Marshall is a member of Charles Lucas & Marshall's residential property team, based in Wantage. After working in family law for over ten years which included studying and qualifying as a Resolution Accredited Specialist in financial agreements and cohabitation cases, Claire decided to change direction and join the firm's residential property team.
As well as handling all aspects of conveyancing work, her strong background in matrimonial issues means she particularly enjoys working with co-habiting couples about to embark on joint property ownership.
